Pupil premium funding is a grant provided by the government to schools in England to improve the educational outcomes of disadvantaged pupils. This funding is allocated based on the number of pupils who are eligible for free school meals, have been eligible in the past six years, or are looked after by the local authority.

At St Mary's C of E Primary School, the pupil premium funding is used to support eligible children in various ways.
